SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience; PEng designation
SKILLS
- Significant experience in subdivision design and planning, sanitary and storm sewers and watermains
- Well developed business development and client management skills
- Expert Project Management skills including major land development and construction projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager (Municipal Engineering) will be accountable for a portfolio of large municipal projects including land development, subdivision design and planning, as well as major ICI construction initiatives. Your significant Project Management expertise is complimented by your skills in business development, stakeholder management and client liaison. You will be responsible to oversee and direct the work of technical specialists and junior to intermediate engineers to ensure that Project objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

INTERMEDIATE DESIGNER (MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Engineering Technology; C.E.T.
- 8 years’ of experience in municipal infrastructure projects
SKILLS
- Expert knowledge of design tools including AutoCAD, Softdesk and MicroStation
- Well developed knowledge of subdivision planning, site/grading plans and road development
- Skilled in stormwater management, watermains and sanitary/storm sewers
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intermediate Designer (Municipal Infrastructure) will work with the Project Manager and Engineering team to aid in the design and planning stages for a variety of land development and municipal infrastructure projects. Your minimum of 8 years’ experience in municipal projects will include both subdivision and site grading work, including complete drainage, stormwater management, sanitary and storm sewer system design.

INTERMEDIATE PROJECT ENGINEER (TRANSPORTATION PLANNING)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, PEng designation
- minimum 5 years experience in transportation planning
SKILLS
- Proficiency in capacity analysis and modeling software
- Experience in land use data collection, urban planning studies, traffic impact studies and signal operations
- Well developed client liaison and project team management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intermediate Project Engineer (Transportation Planning) will be responsible to conduct a wide range of studies to support the Senior Project Engineers during major transportation projects. Your well developed knowledge of major modeling and capacity analysis software tools will be used to conduct transit planning, traffic impact studies, and urban planning studies. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in stakeholder management, project management and client liaison skills and take on the lead role for project teams as required.
