CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience managing ICI and Residential construction projects ranging in value from $12 million to $50 million
- Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible experience in construction management
SKILLS
- Exceptional communication client management and computer skills
- Expert knowledge of concrete framework, construction site safety, and equipment selection
- Solid understanding of Project Management practices including scheduling, commissioning and project close-out
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Construction Superintendent brings a minimum of 10 years’ experience in major construction projects for the both the ICI and Residential sectors. Your portfolio of completed projects includes initiatives ranging in value up to $50 million dollars. Your excellent communication, client management and leadership skills are complemented by extensive technical knowledge and site management abilities including managing internal project and construction crews, as well as external sub trades.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Civil Engineering with PEng designation
- minimum 10 years’ experience in Design/Build Project Management
SKILLS
- Experience in large scale ICI design build projects including universities, transit, water and waste water treatment facilities and bridges
- Comprehensive Project Management capabilities including, scope, budget planning and cost control, scheduling and close-out
- Well developed client and stakeholder liaison skills as well as demonstrated ability to lead diverse project and construction teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager (Civil) will be responsible to plan, implement and control large ICI Design/Build projects for a variety of clients, while maintaining open lines of communication and acting as the single point of contact for your client group. Your portfolio of completed projects includes initiatives ranging in value from $15 million to $40 million. Your excellent Project Management capabilities and Leadership skills ensure that your projects are completed to exacting client standards and that project objectives are achieved in the most cost and time efficient manner possible.

SENIOR ESTIMATOR
QUALIFICATIONS
- at least 15 years’ experience in ICI construction industry
SKILLS
- Experience in projects ranging from $15 million to $95 million
- Ability to read blueprints to provide pricing, and facilitate planning and scheduling
- Solid background in Structural and Architectural concrete estimating
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Estimator will be accountable to read blueprints and provide information to ensure proper planning, scheduling and budgeting is completed for large ICI lump sum and design build projects. Your considerable experience in both computer and conceptual estimating skills extend to equipment selection, concrete framework and quantity takeoff skills. The Senior Estimator will provide input into bid proposals, project scoping and planning phases.
