SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in computer science, business management or related discipline
- PMP designation
SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application development and web based development projects
- Well developed Project Management skills including preparation of scope, technical specifications, planning, end user testing and training plans and exceptional schedule and budget control capabilities
- Superior oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of a matrix organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Project Manager will bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the leadership of project teams delivering application and web projects, preferably in the financial services sector. Your exceptional leadership and communications skills will allow you to manage a portfolio of business critical software and web development projects simultaneously. Reporting into the PMO, you will be accountable for full life cycle development projects including planning activities, schedule and budget control, end user tester and acceptance programs, promotion to production and project close-out/review.

BUSINESS ANALYST
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CBAP designation or equivalent
SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using structured methodologies for requirements gathering and business case development
- Able to complete various types of business cases and dicument technical requirements and specifications to support those cases
- Excellent computer use skills including MSOffice Suite, MS Project, Visio and familiarity with MS based Enterprise Project Management Tools such MS Project Server 2007/2010
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate for the Business Analyst position brings with them a minimum of 5 years’ of experience in the development of complex business cases, business process re-engineering experience and benefit-cost analysis skills. The Business Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of activities including research and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and information as well as developing documentation relating to requirements, specifications, business processes and flow diagrams. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effectively facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project team members, identify and verify requirements and business drivers for the projects you are working on and deliver workshops for stakeholders, end users and project teams where required.

SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 8 to 10 years’ progressively responsible experience in application design, development and analysis
SKILLS
- Supervisory or Management experience in an application development environment including design and data modelling
- Sound knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Expert capabilities in Oracle SQL and legacy systems conversion
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Systems Analyst will leverage their 7+ years’ experience in application design and analysis as well as data modelling and solution architecture to support the transition of legacy data management systems to a Warehouse Management System. You have demonstrated expertise in similar projects and will be accountable to the project team for Requirements and Data Modelling, overall System Design and Test Planning functions. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to participate as a full member of the project team and direct the activities of junior and intermediate systems analysts throughout the project.

FINANCIAL ANALYST
QUALIFICATIONS
- CGA, CMA or CA designation
SKILLS
- Ability to manage a book of business including administration, accounting, reconciliation and audit preparation
- Familiarity with mortgage industry tools such as Lawson, JETS and Essbase
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Manager of Mortgage Securities, the Financial Analyst will be accountable for month end and year end reporting, preparation of statements for NHA, MBS and CMB administration on a monthly basis as well as analyze monthly activity with the assigned pool. Your experience extends to the development of modelling tools and the ability to alter standards and practices to meet current regulatory requirements and guidelines. The Financial Analyst is adept at learning and committed to exercising their string analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance targets are consistently met.

SENIOR UNDERWRITER
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 or more years Underwriting experience; Individual preferred
- ALU or FALU designation
- Ability to use/learn various application tools
SKILLS
- Excellent critical thinking and prioritization skills

- Superior communication (both English and French) and collaborative abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
