MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS
- Inter-provincial trade qualification
- Previous supervisory experience within the forestry industry
SKILLS
- Knowledge of electronic based maintenance programs
- Significant industry and maintenance experience
- Proven leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Maintenance Supervisor brings considerable industry and trade knowledge with a focus on preventative maintenance and superior team leadership. Your will be responsible to supervise a team of maintenance professionals, developing and supporting their work towards achieving specific safety, quality, cost and delivery targets. You will establish and maintain a positive relationship with production teams to ensure that both maintenance and production targets are met or exceeded and completed within acceptable quality standards.

CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified electrician
- Strong background in PLC’s
SKILLS
- Ability to create technical specifications for business solutions
- Capability to develop application such as test plans, unit and system level test and user testing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Electrician will provide support to the business to ensure that equipment is supported enhanced and maintained to fulfill production and quality targets. Your extensive knowledge of PLC systems will be applied to the design and development of applications to satisfy evolving business requirements respond efficiently to production problems. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be utilized during documentation of business requirements, technical and user manuals, as well as user training and testing for new applications.

CERTIFIED MILLWRIGHT
QUALIFICATIONS
- Millwright certification
- Welding ticket an asset
SKILLS
- Knowledge of the lumber manufacturing equipment and processes
- Significant experience in repair, maintenance and modification of large machines
- Organizational and communications skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Millwright will be accountable for installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment. Your primary focus for all work completed will be to improve up time, quality and enhancing production capability. You will bring good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a commitment to safety in an industrial environment.
